St Comgall's Primary School, Bangor - Quality Learning, Friendship For All
On behalf of the Governors, Staff & Pupils - WELCOME - to St Comgall’s Primary School, Bangor.
If this is your first association with the school you are especially welcome.
Our philosophy is that the school should always be a happy place for children and a welcoming place for parents.
St Comgall’s Primary School is a Catholic co-educational maintained primary, located on a site adjacent to St Comgall’s Church on the Brunswick Road.
St Comgall’s is a caring school which enjoys the active co-operation and support of parents. The whole school community share a common goal - to do the very best for all the children in its care. We actively seek to work in partnership between Home, School & Parish to ensure that each pupil has opportunity to realise and achieve their full potential.
According to the inspectorate “The quality of education and pastoral care provided in this school is outstanding." (ETI 2014, 2017)
As a catholic school we aim to foster and nourish Christian values for life.
Our school is person centred and we cherish each child as unique and special, made in the image and likeness of God, each with their own talents and personalities.
The definition of 'Catholic' is 'Universal' and St Comgall's Primary School is a wholly inclusive family where we welcome pupils of all faiths and of none.
Our caring staff will support you as parents as we journey together to ensure that your child’s primary education will be a rewarding and enjoyable learning experience.
Should you require any further information on admissions or would like to visit the school at any stage, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I wish you and your child every blessing for continued health and happiness.
Mrs Cathy Hunter
